1) Registration fees (Japanese Yen)

Early Registration Period: March 25, 2019 (9:00 JST) - April 21, 2019 (23:59 JST)^(**)
Late Registration Period: April 22, 2019 (0:00 JST) - May 15, 2019 (17:00 JST)
in Japan Standard Time, i.e., JST.

(*) If you choose Student Regsitration, please upload your valid student ID card in Early or Late Registrations.
(**) If you need the visa for a short-term stay in Japan,
    (i) choose Early Registration & Payment,
    (ii) fill in all the necessary information on the application form: visa_info_form_SETA2019.xls, and
    (iii) send it to seta2019 [at] pac.ne.jp.
  If you have any question on VISA, contact seta2019 [at] pac.ne.jp.
  We will start to do the paper work for the visa after confirming your payment.

2) The registration fee includes
The regular and student registration fees will cover admission to academic sessions and printing materials (no transportation and lodging).

3) Payment
The Early Registration and Late Registration fees should be paid in Japanese Yen via the online system.
The Onsite Registration fee should be paid in cash and Japanese Yen.

The bill-payment receipt will be handed by a receptionist on June 1 and 2.

4) Cancellation
Sorry, the registration fee is not refundable.
